We are very lucky that,we have eyes. But,since we stay busy carrying out our daily routines and as we live in a world that requires our eyes to continuously stare at small font and images on smart phones, computer screens at office, and televisions, we rarely take time out to visit the eye doctor.It is important that you should take steps to improve your eyesight. Poor eyesight diminishes the quality of life and could lead to expensive surgeries or partial blindness.

So to make your eyes more healthier we come up with some natural foods and exercises that helps you to improve your vision.

Foods that help you save your eyes:

1.Garlic, onions, and caper should be in your diet to get sulphur, cysteine, and lecithin, which protect the lens of your eyes from forming cataracts.

2. Carrots plays major role in giving vitamin A to eyes. So include carrots in your diet.

3.Blueberries, grapes, and pomegranates contain anti-inflammatory properties, such as anthocyanin, that will help improve your vision.

4.Vitamin A, C, an E, along with minerals like copper and zinc should be in your daily diet. These vitamins and minerals are essential for good vision.So eat strawberries, oranges, eggs, fish (like salmon,mackerel etc) and almonds for to get more vitamins

5. Include oysters, crab, or turkey to get minerals for your eyes.

6. Always include dark leafy vegetables ,pumpkins,sweet potatoes in your diet.

Also follow these small exercises:

1.When you're at work, exercise your neck by nodding your head up and down, thereby increasing blood circulation to your neck and eyes

2. Rub your palms together for heat and then placing them against your eyes for five to ten seconds. Repeat this procedure three times to keep your eyes warm.

3.Roll your eyes in a circular motion clockwise ten times and then reverse it counterclockwise for another ten rolls.

And don't stare at the sun as it can be detrimental to your vision. Also, you should choose sunglasses that block 99% to 100% of both UVA and UVB rays.
