Yes its true, as per the source a 7 year old girl Chloe Bridgewater from Hereford, UK wrote letter to the GOOGLE expressing her interest in working with GOOGLE. With her little knowledge she framed big dreams for her future, which she mentioned as "Working with Google to also working in a chocolate factory and swimming in the Olympics games".
With her interest in GOOGLE, she received the reply from Sundar Pichai saying "I look forward to receiving your job application when you are finished with school!"
